Continuous-Wave Laser Cleaning Machine
Continuous-wave laser cleaning machines operate using a stable, uninterrupted laser beam. With high power and exceptional cleaning efficiency, they can rapidly remove rust, paint, oil stains, plating, oxidation layers, and weld spatter from metal surfaces; With stable thermal output, they are ideal for batch rust and paint removal on large-area workpieces. They can be used with handheld guns, automated platforms, or robotic arms, and are widely applied for large-area cleaning of steel structures, molds, ships, and hardware components. Compared to pulsed models, they remove thick layers of contaminants more quickly.
Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine
Pulsed laser cleaning machines utilize intermittent pulsed laser output, featuring high peak energy and low average thermal input, resulting in minimal temperature rise of the workpiece during cleaning and reducing the risk of deformation or scorching; With a fine spot size, they are suitable for rust removal, coating removal, degreasing, cleaning weld seams, restoring cultural artifacts, and cleaning molds on precision parts. They can process delicate substrates such as stainless steel, aluminum alloys, precision hardware, and electronic components. Most models are of medium to low power, supporting both handheld and automated applications, and offer far superior protection for thin, high-precision workpieces compared to continuous-wave models.
6kW Continuous-Wave Laser Cleaning Machine
The 6kW laser cleaning machine is a high-power, continuous-wave, water-cooled industrial model. With a stable laser output of 6000W, its cleaning efficiency far exceeds that of 1500W–3000W machines. It can quickly remove thick rust, multiple layers of paint, and heavy oxidation layers. The maximum scanning width reaches 500mm, with a cleaning efficiency of 7–12 m²/h for thick coatings. It supports 24-hour continuous operation at full capacity. The machine comes standard with a constant-temperature chiller for stable temperature control and is typically powered by 380V industrial three-phase electricity. Paired with a lightweight handheld cleaning gun, it can also be integrated with robotic arms or gantry platforms to achieve fully automated assembly line operations. Non-contact cleaning requires no consumables and causes no chemical contamination, while preventing scratches to the base material. It is suitable for heavy-duty, large-area applications such as ship hulls, bridge steel structures, wind turbine towers, heavy-duty construction machinery, large molds, and weld seam pretreatment on thick plates.
