Automatic Nameplate Loading and Unloading Laser Marking Machine
The automatic laser marking machine for nameplates utilizes fiber, UV, or CO₂ lasers, combined with automatic feeding, positioning, and material collection mechanisms, to fully automatically engrave permanent text, graphics, and QR codes on metal and non-metal nameplates. Available in semi-automatic, vision-guided fully automatic, and in-line assembly line models, it reduces labor costs, offers high precision, and requires no consumables, making it ideal for sign manufacturers and identification processing on various equipment production lines.
Loading Method: Pneumatic Loading
Batch Capacity: 300 pieces (depending on nameplate thickness)
Components: Laser Marking Machine / Loading Device / Air Compressor / Control Computer
Dual-station laser marking machine
Dual-station laser marking machines are equipped with two processing stations (typically rotary or linear tables) and utilize laser sources such as fiber, UV, and CO₂ to enable simultaneous marking and loading/unloading operations. During operation, one station performs laser engraving while the other handles workpiece loading and unloading. The stations operate in an alternating cycle, completely eliminating idle wait times associated with single-station systems and significantly boosting production capacity. The equipment is compatible with a wide range of materials, including metal, plastic, and glass, and supports the engraving of precision graphics, QR codes, and serial numbers. Available in semi-automatic and fully automatic models, some configurations feature CCD vision positioning, offering high positioning accuracy and stable operation. Widely used in batch marking applications for nameplates, electronic components, and hardware parts, it is the mainstream equipment for small-to-medium batch production with high cycle rates.
