CO₂ laser engraving and cutting machines use a carbon dioxide laser as their light source. These are glass-tube CO₂ lasers that utilize infrared laser energy to burn and vaporize materials to perform engraving and cutting operations. They are primarily suited for non-metallic materials such as acrylic, wood, leather, fabric, paper, rubber, and ceramics; The equipment delivers precise cutting and engraving with crisp, clear patterns. It is easy to operate and features no tool wear, making it suitable for producing crafts, advertising signage, packaging models, and fabric embroidery. Some models are equipped with a lifting platform, enabling processing of workpieces of varying thicknesses.
3020 CO2 Cutting & Engraving Machine
The 3020 is a compact desktop CO₂ laser engraving and stamp-making all-in-one machine with a working area of 300×200 mm. It comes standard with a 40W/50W sealed CO₂ glass laser tube, water-cooled cooling system with water flow protection, and positioning accuracy of up to 0.01 mm. It is compatible with stamp materials such as rubber, photosensitive resin, buffalo horn, and acrylic, producing clear and neat engravings even for small text; it can also engrave various non-metallic materials including acrylic, bamboo, wood, leather, and paper, and supports light cutting. Equipped with Yike and Moshi dedicated stamp engraving software, it is compatible with CDR and CAD design files and features red light positioning for material alignment. The compact machine takes up minimal space and is easy to operate, making it ideal for stamp shops, small workshops, and DIY cultural and creative projects. Maintenance requires only periodic replacement of cooling water and cleaning of the lenses and air ducts.
4060 CO2 Cutting & Engraving Machine
4060 CO₂ Laser Engraving and Cutting Machine, with an effective working area of 400×600 mm, typically equipped with 60W/80W/100W laser tubes and water-cooled cooling. It can engrave and perform thin-cutting on various non-metallic materials, including acrylic, wood, bamboo, leather, fabric, cardstock, rubber, and foam; thin acrylic and wood sheets can be cut directly into shape. Equipped with red laser alignment and high-speed stepper drive for stable precision, compatible with Lightburn and RD design software.
6090 CO2 Cutting & Engraving Machine
6090 CO₂ Laser Engraving and Cutting Machine features an effective working area of 900×600 mm and typically uses 100W or 130W laser tubes with water-cooled cooling.
1390 CO2 Cutting & Engraving Machine
1390 CO₂ laser engraving and cutting machine features a working area of 1300×900 mm, a water-cooled CO₂ glass tube with a power range of 80–180 W, and high-precision linear guide drive; it processes only non-metallic materials such as acrylic, wood, leather, and fabric, and can both engrave and cut thick sheets; Comes standard with the Ruida control system; optional rotary axis, CCD vision, and electric lift table. Suitable for large-scale production in advertising, furniture, and handicrafts factories, with a production capacity far exceeding that of the 6090 and 4060 models.
1325 CO2 Cutting & Engraving Machine
1325 CO₂ Laser Engraving and Cutting Machine, Working Area: 1300×2500 mm, high power 100–300W, heavy-duty frame with linear guides, suitable for cutting and engraving large-format full sheets of acrylic, MDF, and wood panels, supports front-to-back material feeding, commonly used in large advertising factories, woodworking shops, and for bulk cutting of furniture panels, with processing dimensions far exceeding those of the 1390 model.
