UV Laser Marking Machine
Laser marking machines use lasers to emit high-energy laser beams, creating permanent engravings on material surfaces. They come in various models, including fiber, UV, and CO₂ types, each suited for different materials such as metal, plastic, glass, leather, and wood; The resulting markings are clear, durable, and resistant to wear and tear. The process requires no consumables, offers high stability, and is easy to operate. It is widely used for engraving model numbers, logos, and production dates on products such as hardware, electronic components, packaging, jewelry, and medical devices.
Fiber Laser Marking Machine
Fiber laser marking machines operate at a standard wavelength of 1064 nm, making them suitable for materials such as metal and stone. They feature concentrated laser energy and a long service life of up to 100,000 hours. These machines produce clear and durable markings on carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and cemented carbide, and can also create deep engravings on stone materials such as jade and marble; With a small heat-affected zone, the markings are abrasion-resistant and do not peel off. The machine is widely used for engraving text and logos on hardware components, metal nameplates, and jade crafts, as well as for jewelry engraving and other applications.
Co2 Laser Marking Machine
CO₂ laser marking machine operates at a wavelength of 10640 nm and is primarily designed for processing non-metallic materials. It features a stable laser source that generates light using carbon dioxide gas. It can engrave materials such as wood, leather, paper, acrylic, plastic, rubber, fabric, and bamboo products, producing fine, detailed patterns without burnt edges, and creating durable, permanent markings. Available in desktop and in-line flying-type models, it is commonly used for marking production dates on packaging, wood crafts, leather goods, acrylic signage for advertising, and printing and engraving on textiles. However, it is not suitable for efficient marking on metal materials.
UV Laser Marking Machine
The UV laser marking machine operates at a wavelength of 355 nm, utilizing cold light marking technology that causes minimal heat impact and will not scorch or burn the surface of the workpiece. It is compatible with a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, PCBs, plastic casings, precision electronic components, and food and pharmaceutical packaging, all of which can be finely marked. The engraved lines are ultra-fine and clear, and the markings are durable and leave no traces, without damaging the appearance of the substrate. It is widely used in high-precision marking applications such as precision electronics, medical devices, mobile phone accessories, high-end packaging, and glass ornaments, where exacting standards are required. Its precision far exceeds that of fiber and CO₂ laser models.
